Some acrylic charm designs I just finished up. Top is an arctic bumblebee, Bombus polaris, on an arctic poppy, Papaver radicatum, and on bottom is an Indian giant squirrel, Ratufa indica. Amazingly, those squirrels really are that colorful (if not more) and look a little like monkeys! And they’re HUGE! (For squirrels, anyway.)
Anyways, there will be at least three more designs in this series* (when I finish coloring them), which will be printed at 1.5 inches. There will also be another, smaller series (only two designs) which will probably be printed at either 2 or 3 inches. Those ones are going to have two holes so they can be worn as necklaces, as will Ratufa indica and Furcifer nicosiai in the first series.
*The other three will be the secretary bird (Sagittarius serpentarius), smooth-coated otter (Lutrogale perspicillata), and Nicosia’s chameleon (Furcifer nicosiai). The larger series will include the Amazon river dolphin (Inia geoffrensis) and Rüppell’s fox (Vulpes rueppellii).
